When I log in, it says my browser is not supported.
When I log in, it says "Unable to establish a connection."
The Log In button doesn't work.
If the Log In button does not work, your browser is running with Javascript disabled. This is a security measure, so please discuss this with a system administrator if one is available. Follow the link below to learn how to turn Javascript back on in your browser.

The NCPG Web Store software performs a browser check to make sure that certain operations within the web store will remain compatible with the customer's web browser. Many issues have since been fixed, however the browser check is still being performed. To get around this issue, read the area that corresponds to your browser below:
Opera
Hiding Opera's Identity from Certain Sites
Safari
Go to Edit > Preferences.
Go to Advanced and click Show develop menu in menu bar.
Go to Develop > User Agent and select either Internet Explorer or Firefox from the list.
Konqueror
Go to Tools > Change Browser Identification and select either Internet Explorer or Firefox from the list.
When I log in, it says "Unable to establish a connection."
This means that the web store is currently down for maintenance. If you run into this error, try again in ten minutes.
The web store is routinely unavailable Monday and Thursday nights from 5:30 PM EST to 8:30 AM EST the next day.
