Reverend Melvin E. Jones (Executive Minister : Antioch Baptist Church)

Description of Presentation

For over 10 years Antioch Baptist Church has had its administrative offices 2 miles from the church and occupied 1000 suare feet of off-site storage. In October, 2011 we will move into our 43,000 square foot ministry building. This presentation will look at the process and "adventure" of being reunited again!

Background Information

Rev. Melvin Jones currently serves as Executive Minister at Antioch Baptist Church in Fairfax Station, VA. He has been on staff full-time since July of 2003. Prior to entering full-time ministry he held various managerial positions with Verizon Communications. Jones has a BS and MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Church Administrator through NACBA. He is currently working on his Masters in Theological Studies at John Leland Center in Arlington, VA.

Darrell is the VP of Sales and Marketing for NCPG.  He majored at Virginia Commonwealth University in Business Administration and Marketing.  He has worked on staff as a Youth Pastor and a Worship Minister.  With a strong aptitude for and interest in electronics, Darrell pursued training and education that allowed him to quickly master the professional sound and audio/video world in the 90’s.  This, in turn, led to specialties in programming, web development, and graphic design.  Darrell has been interviewed by several national magazines for his expertise in media and marketing.
