Gauging Success in Ministry: Is Bigger Better?
Bob Adams (Lead Church Development Consultant : JH Batten Inc.)
Description of Presentation
Church staff teams struggle all the time with “Ifonlyitis”. The thinking goes something like this: “if only we had the people – or budget – or buildings – or whatever – that First Church across town has, we would be successful”. It’s a contagious disease, and it can sometimes be fatal – to your identity and calling if not your church’s vision for ministry. This session will help staff leadership teams identify true measures of success and apply them throughout your ministries.
